The company was founded in 2005 as a subsidiary of J. H. Pölking GmbH & Co.KG for the purpose of wholesale of footwear in the Czech and Slovak Republic. It has one of the largest current ranges of all footwear categories in Europe (approx. 1,500 designs). In addition to its own brands, Dr. Brinkmann, Comfortabel, Manitu, Piazza, Boomers and Felix, it also offers collections of footwear from well-known European brands. The company's fundamental philosophy is the immediate and continuous delivery of shoes to customers according to their choice, one pair at a time.
