Bibo was founded in 1992 as a trading company and its main activity was the wholesale and distribution of footwear from Czech footwear manufacturers. In 1995, the company started to import shoes from Spain and became the exclusive representative of six Spanish manufacturers. Due to its dynamic growth, the company gradually started to import shoes from Portugal and Italy. Historically, the most important milestone of the company was in 1998, when it became the fourth largest shoe wholesaler in the Czech Republic. In 2000, the company BIBO Shoe s.r.o. was founded, which took over the import and wholesale activities. Currently, the company acts as a representative of footwear brands from Germany /Mustang/, France /Laura Vita/ and Spain /Hispanitas, Vitti Love/.
